Dear community I need your help and support
I have migrated a VM from one host to another. After migrating the VM, I started it and my vcenter told me the vmware tools needed to be upgraded. I uninstalled the vmware tools, rebooted the server and tried to install vmware tools but without success. It hangs at preparing vmware tools for installation,,,, Since then, the VM is acting strangely... I cannot see my AV software in the control panel to uninstall, i cannot uninstall any software it just hangs, i cannot open start menu sutfff like that.
The guest OS is win 2012 R2...
Please help me out since this server host our exchange server...
